According to the World Health Organization (WHO) Nigerians have been graded as the nation with the highest consumption of bleaching products. And mostly Nigerians don’t know that the more it works that we think it beautifies our skin, the more it causes damage to our skin in the later days.

Furthermore, continuous use of such products can cause disfiguring rashes, unsightly blotches, and skin so weaken that it cannot be stitched if cut. And if the chemicals in some of the these cosmetics are absorbed into the bloodstream, they can damage the liver, the kidneys, or the brain-even causing organ failur.

So I personally advice Nigerians especially ladies to reduce the use of bleaching cream and maintain their natural skin colour, the only thing to do is just to take care of your colour,use a cream that will make your skin glow.
